The CFA® exam is designed for investment professionals, including portfolio managers, securities analysts, and investment advisors. It may also be highly relevant for individuals working in corporate finance, banking, financial analysis, asset management, wealth management, and other finance-related fields.
And is there a time limit to complete all exam levels? Candidates may sit for a CFA® exam up to two times per calendar year (where applicable), but not in consecutive testing windows or within six months or less of a previous attempt. Candidates are allowed a maximum of six attempts per exam level.There is no time limit for completing all levels of the CFA® Program.
The exam fee depends on when you register. The CFA Institute offers Early Registration and Standard Registration options. Candidates can save money by registering during the Early Registration period.
